Query a hand or crib total

List all four cards, their suits, the separate starter and whether you selected Hand or Crib. Give the total shown and the combination you think is missing or counted twice.

For example, “Hand: A♥, 2♥, 6♥, 9♥; starter: K♣; mode: Crib” makes the flush question unambiguous. A screenshot is helpful only if all the relevant cards are visible.

Report a problem during play

Include the browser, device and action that led to the problem. For a pegging dispute, give the cards in play order since the count last reset, whose turn it was and any cards that remained if known.

Do not send passwords, payment details or private information about other people. This reporting channel is not an invitation to send stakes or wagers.
