This notice describes what this site actually does. There is no account and no sign-up. The site does not set cookies.

Visits

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits anonymously and without cookies. The counter is the script beacon.min.js from static.cloudflareinsights.com. It does not use a cookie, and the game does not send your cards, scores or messages to that counter.

What is saved in this browser

If you play, the game saves its state in this browser’s local storage so you can resume. The record can include the current deal, both players’ cards (including cards the computer has not yet shown), the scores, the event log, the computer level you chose, and whether a finished game has already been added to the counts below. After a game ends, the same storage can also keep three counts: games finished, games you won, and games the computer won.

The game does not send that record to us. If the browser blocks storage, you can keep playing; the page says the game could not be saved. If a saved game cannot be read, the page says so and does not overwrite it unless you choose “Start without the saved game”.

Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes the saved game and the counts. During a game, New game replaces the saved game after you confirm. Clear results, shown only after at least one finished game, removes the counts and leaves an in-progress game in place.

The hand counter does not save the cards you pick.

What this page does not cover

A company name, a retention period beyond “until you clear this site’s data”, and a legal basis are not stated here, because they were not decided for this notice. Hosting logs kept by the network provider are separate from the game save.
